Our purpose: to support the career development of young creatives and those who want to step onto their next ladder. We will guide the developing of technical skills, collaborate on portfolio enhancement & development and soft skills enrichment.
We mentor with respect, empathy, and passion. When mentees leave the sessions they will feel encouraged, empowered and confident to take a step up, or reach for a different ladder.

Our mentorship program is aimed at young creatives transitioning from student to working creative.
Finding ones footing and stepping up whilst adjusting to the fast pace of the creative industry can be tough but ladder mentors will guide and support you on a month long slow climb to become a more confident and motivated you.

Our mentorship program is also aimed at creatives that feel stuck in their current position and would like to diversify and broaden their skillset and portfolio.

For agencies we offer team development & support with a one hour group session once a month for up to 5 team members.
Our supportive mentoring sessions aim to help creatives to refocus, re-strategise and reframe creative work to successfully take the next step in their creative career.
